boy, come up with an original thought -- please! this is the same old tired, misguided appeal that has been tried for years by liberals.
let's try to explain this one more time:
it's not the disagreeing with the gov't (i disagree with things that republicans do); it's disagreeing with that which our gov't was founded; disagreeing with the axiomatic principles, and the mere foundation that built our gov't.
liberals just DO NOT get it. they are constantly lowering the bar -- "sure clinton had extramarrital relations, but it was his business. besides, everyone does it."
the liberals circled the wagons around "their" president despite his several indescretions -- lowering their collective moral resolve.
conservatives on the other hand, know right from wrong, and will not tolerate it -- conservatives joined their liberal counterparts on several occasions -- nixon, newt, etc.
and conservatives have enuff shame within themselves, and respect for their gov't to resign from their posts rather than disgrace the office.
therefore, it's quite evident that it's okay to disagree with OUR gov't. liberals want to change the rules -- illegal filibusters for judicial candidates, gay marriage, gun control, -- i could go on, but , what's the point.
